PDS narrows the investigative leads by extracting the most crucial intelligence from the compiled data. A thorough summary report is then created.

 

D = Discover

PDS puts boots on the ground and begins to use our community ties to assist in focusing in on the unable to reach enrollee. Once located, an initial assessment is completed and updated enrollee information is verified. The completed file is then forwarded to assigned provider.
